What`s bad: Second half, climax, overdose of drugs and zombies stuff
                              (SCRIPT)
Go Goa Gone is first ever zombie comedy (Zom Com) of bollywood, with the mixture of horror, comedy and emotions. The film turns arround three buddies, Hardhik (Kunal Khemu), Luv (Vir Das) and Bunny (Anand Tiwari) go to an island for a rave party organised by Russian drug mafia. Luv who just had a heartbreak, meets Luna (Puja Gupta) who has come with her friends to be the part of this rave party. There is a new drug on sale at the party attended by more than thousand people. All those who consume the drug, they die. They soon become zombies-dead people who come alive, because small part of their brain still works. Luckily, our three leading men don`t take this drug and are alive. The trio manages to trace Luna, whose friends also turned zombies. The four are now aware that they can also become zombies, if bitten by zombies. Even four are trying to escape from the island, but they realise that their boat is taken by Ariana, with whom Hardhik had sex session last night. Suddenly, Boris comes for the help of fours, who know how to kill dead people. In between, Boris and his helper Nikloi go on a secret mission after leaving the four friends safely in a bungalow. But are four actually safe? Do the zombies reach bungalow? Do Boris and Nikloi return? It is all about the climax.
Raj, DK and Sita Menon have penned a story which is quite unusual becausealthough it is a horror story, there is comedy which goes hand in hand with the horror show. The hindi-cinema going audience is introduced to the concept of zombies through this film. The screenplay penned by the trio is very engaging in first half, but looses in second half badly. The climax is very childish written material. Dialogues, inked by Kunal Khemu and Sita Menon are very good and go well with the mood of the film. Several of the jokes are class appealing and only city based youngsters will follow them. Duo also written some four letter lines, but it suits to the moments. 'I keel dead people' is an iconic line from the dialogue draft.
                       (PERFORMANCES)
Kunal Khemu acts freely and does full justice to his role. His sense of comedy is lovely. Vir Das is also very good with his poker-faced comedy. His facial expressions and comic sense of timing are excellent. Anand Tiwari performs beautifully and impresses you with his comedy through body language and facial expressions. Puja Gupta disappoints badly, who she can easily impresses the mass audience with her hot body, which she exposed in few scenes. Saif Ali Khan is effective and makes you laugh as the zombie hunter, Boris. But his small screen presence can hurt to his fans. His dialogue delivery is marvellous in Russian accent.

                    (MUSIC AND DIRECTION)
Sachin-Jigar`s music is very nice. The 'Slowly Slowly' and 'Khoon Choos Le' are already hit among the youth and others are also class appealing. Amitabh Bhattacharya and Priya Panchal`s lyrics are youth centric. Adil Sheikh`s choreography is excellent and his lens capture wonderfull view of Goa.
Raj and DK`s direction is good, but the duo failed to pick their narration in second half. They disconnect the audience with the film in last 20 minutes. The concept of zombies with youthfull comedy could be much better, if they pick up the screenplay with their strong narration in second half also.
                       (MY WORD)
Go Goa Gone is a quite new concept and can entertain you with its engaging screenplay. In spite of bad second half, it is a one time must watch film. Enjoy your weekend with this zombie comedy, which is able to make you laugh in some situations.
